The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options, it was magnificent. the staff were helpful and accommodating. the pools were fine, especially with the surrounding landscaping. there were free bikes and a shuttle to the beach!!!
The bathroom lacked a jet spray for the toilet, a small detail that could enhance comfort. the rooms seemed a little old. They didn't quite capture that true 5-star essence. also, the tv looked dated.

The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, important. the beds are huge. I slept so well. the balcony had a fantastic view of the pool area, very scenic and peaceful.

The staff remembered my name, a nice touch. Yoga, who cleaned my room, made excellent towel art. I found the front desk very helpful. The pools are beautiful, and the hotel is lush and well maintained.
I found the doors banging at night disruptive and it kept me awake. The hotel should do something about this noise problem.

The room was spacious, it featured a comfortable king bed, and two bedside tables with lamps. The air conditioning system kept the room cool and quiet. There was also a tv with cable channels, it was mounted on the wall.

I found the front desk to be helpful. The pools ARE beautiful and the hotel is fine and very lush. I recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality. It.
Air con was not working for two days. The hotel fixed it quickly. I also find the doors banging at night kept me AWAKE.

My room faced the pool and it was amazing. the staff was attentive. They always asked if everything was ok. it seemed like a quiet and very safe place. the buffet breakfast was delicious with many choices.

i was really disappointed with the restaurant setup. there were just seven indonesian menu choices. there were also only five meat dishes from the grill, with additional costs for most. i thought the food options were limited, and there was no buffet most nights.

The breakfast buffet had many options and was restocked frequently. made-to-order eggs and freshly cooked pancakes were available. the staff were helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The shuttle bus to the beach only runs once an hour. This is infrequent for a hotel of this size. at peak times, i waited for the bus to return for additional passengers who could not fit initially.
